📖 Place Overview & Story
Shinjuku Men-ya Fuhka greets you with the gentle aroma of broth and a warm wooden counter, a welcome pause in a busy Kyoto day.
The shio ramen is the star: a crystal-clear chicken broth layered with seafood umami, light yet deeply satisfying. The firm noodles hold the broth well, and the tender chashu men adds richness without heaviness.
